YGL JOURNEY BRAZIL

23 - 28 MAY 2027

The Young Global Leaders Learning Journey in Brazil aims to broaden the very concept of leadership that guides our professional and personal decisions. It expands this lens beyond traditionally recognized spaces, such as the corporate world and elite schools, toward a more plural and inclusive landscape.

This journey proposes an immersion that values deep listening and exchange with leaders of many profiles: Indigenous, Quilombola, favela-based, entrepreneurial, environmental, spiritual, and cultural. It recognizes that leadership learning also lives in territories, bodies, and collective experiences.
More than a trip, it is a transformative experience in forest, tradition and innovation, spirituality and practice, inviting the Young Global Leaders (YGLs) to rethink what it means to lead in a world undergoing climate, social, and ethical transition.
Here, to lead is to listen, to walk together, and to act with territorial awareness. The forest teaches us resilience, and the favela teaches us collective creativity coming together to inspire a new ethic of global leadership. Welcome!
